JOB SUMMARY 

Adomni is looking for a talented and experienced Junior Account Executive to drive sales activities that deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic advertising technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new and existing clients opportunities through strategic cold calling and lead generation efforts, nurturing a pipeline and converting opportunities to deals.

This position combines a base salary and an earned commission component. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

1. Lead Generation and Opportunity Creation:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including extensive research to identify target companies,  to engage with prospective clients.
  • Present Adomni value proposition and create proposals aligned with business goals through opportunity sizing, discovery, negotiation and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
 

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of campaigns.
 

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the digital media space.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to support business growth strategies.
 

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business development targets.
  • Use CRM platform to manage sales activities, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development progress and achievements.
 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 

 
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Persistent and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
  • Understand the importance of building trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Capable of analyzing data, identifying patterns, and developing creative solutions to create opportunities and address client challenges.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets, with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company priorities.

EXPERIENCE 

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a strong track record of successful cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience with advertising and media 
  • Expert knowledge using a CRM software platform.
