We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a receptionist, where you’ll enjoy a fun and fast-paced work environment. As our receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional office support and engaging with our customers. Pay: $16.28 - $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet our valued showroom customers, ensuring they feel right at home.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department and introduce them to our friendly sales team.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing callers to the right person or taking detailed messages.
  • Interact with callers and visitors in a professional, warm, and efficient manner.
  • Capture basic customer information using various methods, such as an ups card or computer system.
  • Enter data into our prospect tracking system and generate reports for managers on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure timely communication of messages to the relevant parties.
  • Assist service customers during busy periods, providing exceptional support.
  • Compete assigned clerical tasks with efficiency and precision.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Scan and/or mail documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Stellar customer service skills to create a memorable experience.
  • A go-getter attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
