Responsibilities
- Own the creation of all sales decks and other collateral items for the sales team.
- Research companies as needed to support sales needs.
- Be a resource for sales and marketing team by staying up to date on industry news.
- Ongoing competitor analysis across the ticket industry.
- Coordinate all logistics for events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Maintain the inventory of promotional items and shipping as needed.
- Occasional on-site support at events, including but not limited to building out exhibit spaces of 10x10 and 20x10.
- Assist with developing marketing plans tailored to product strategies, focusing on key messages, target clients, and campaign objectives.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, marketing, advertising, communications or other related field.
- 1-3 Years of experience in a brand or agency marketing support role.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Keen attention to detail when creating/reviewing presentations and collateral items.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in building/executing trade show booths a plus.
- Must be able to lift/move/transport heavy items (up to 75 pounds on occasion).
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Knowledge of DIGIDECK a plus.
- Knowledge of Mailchimp a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
