As a Corporate Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and be a key member of the leadership team. Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies, specializing in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models, prepare budgets and forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP; manage regulatory requirements and coordinate audits.
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management: Establish internal controls to safeguard assets, monitor financial risks, and conduct internal audits to ensure policy adherence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize cash management strategies, and ensure liquidity.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in public accounting (audit) OR 3 years in public accounting (audit) plus 3 years as a corporate controller.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with contract management databases and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
