As a key member of the executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Coordinate audits, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial requirements and principles
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial reports for the board of directors
  • Evaluate potential acquisition candidates and perform due diligence

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance role within a corporate organization
  • Experience working as a divisional or departmental controller is preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
