THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of respiratory care and a deep commitment to patient well-being.


Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and administer personalized respiratory therapies to patients.
  • Monitor and record the progress of the patient's treatment.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure it is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about respiratory disorders and using treatment plans and equipment properly.
  • Adhere to and implement infection prevention protocols.

Requirements:
  • An individual who is a graduate of a one or two-year AMA-approved respiratory care program.
  • Licensed by the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Card.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support) card
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) -preferred
