We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machines.
  • Perform repairs on various types of machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, conveyors, and production equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machines.
  • Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience in machine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work the 2nd shift and be available for overtime as needed.
