We are looking for a High-Energy, Customer-Focused, Tenacious Sales Administrator with exceptional Organizational, Planning, and Professional sales skills.  You will be mentored to become an essential team member.  Softrim is a leading Technology Services provider that offers end-to-end technology solutions including Managed IT Services, Networking, and Low-Voltage construction and design services.  We have offices in Estero FL, Alpharetta GA, and Raleigh NC with major clients all over the country.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing client base with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor
  • Create, deliver, and track sales proposals for technology solutions ranging from managed I.T. services to audio-video solutions using ConnectWise quoting tools
  • Provide support for immediate client needs, order and quote administration, and follow-up for client fulfillment. Interact with Engineering team for appropriate support
  • Schedule appointments with existing clients to review product/services needs to identify opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle for product and service opportunities within existing client base
  • Maintain and update all assigned accounts and opportunities in the ConnectWise CRM system
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as client contact information and status in the CRM system
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, quotes and presentations
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Other responsibilities as directed by management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, business to business sales, or management
  • 3 years of technology sales experience within IT, Low Voltage systems, or Senior Living
  • Experience in an administrative or executive support role


  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned goals and quotas
  • Strong track record of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong business writing and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience operating with minimal supervision while using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • ConnectWise Manage and Sell experience
  • CRM Experience

   

Employment Terms:

 

Full-time, Exempt, Salary.  Softrim provides comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after an introductory period.  Typical business hours are from 8 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with lunch break, Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays.  Limited after-hours work and travel may be required.
