Job Description: Scheduling Coordinator

Company: Stocker Subaru

Position: Scheduling Coordinator

Department: Subaru Service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound Customer Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Scheduling Customer Appointments: Efficiently schedule service appointments for Subaru customers.
  • Verifying Appointment Parts Availability: Ensure that necessary parts are available for scheduled appointments.
  • Updating Outbound Mailer Manifests: Maintain accurate records of outbound mail communications.
  • Responding to Inbound Customer Relationship Managed Leads: Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in Subaru services.
  • Outbound Mail and Email to Customers: Communicate important information to customers via mail and email.
  • Outbound Phone Calls to Customers in Need of Service: Reach out to customers requiring service or follow-up.
  • Other Duties as Assigned by Manager: Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Good Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Good Listening Skills: Attentive and responsive to customer needs.
  • Good Typing and Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Good Attendance: Reliable and punctual.
  • Positive Attitude: Approach tasks with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.
