Key Responsibilities:&
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking.&
  • Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives.&
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.&

Experience:&
  • Proven experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains is mandatory.&
  • Technical Skills:&
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.&
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.&
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.&
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.&
Domain Expertise:&
  • In-depth knowledge of Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking processes, including product offerings, customer journeys, and regulatory landscape.&
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.&
Soft Skills:&
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.&
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.&
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.&
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.&
Preferred Qualifications:&
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or a related field.&
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.&
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.&
