Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to create accurate and reliable cost estimates.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Address customer demands by effectively organizing workflow and information needs.
• Manage all communications professionally and efficiently.
• Meticulously follow established procedures and instructions.
• Utilize CAD software to generate initial layout information.
• Utilize Fold-ware or other ERP systems for developing and processing estimates.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and retrievability of all production estimates.
• Update estimates based on customer changes or other necessary adjustments.
• Attend relevant customer service department meetings.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

• A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, commercial pricing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with folding carton processes is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with computers, including estimating software and CAD programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• String ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable production processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales representatives, and customer service representatives.
• Adept at efficiently gathering information, samples, and approvals for estimates.
