Responsibilities


  • Manages and performs clerical tasks, coordinates projects and performs other administrative duties appropriate to general childcare management as assigned by the Director and/or Owner.
  • Responsible for reception needs, including greeting parents and children, assisting with daily login/logout questions, answering the phone, and communicating with staff throughout the building via intercom
  • Obtain, collect and organize necessary documentation for child and staff files - and work within childcare software database as needed
  • Provide administrative support for the center, including but not limited to ordering, filing, telephoning, laminating, and driving
  • Conduct visitor tours throughout the center as assigned
  • Coordinate floater staff and adjust staff schedules as requested to maintain proper ratios throughout the center
  • Flexibility to work assignments and coverage of the facility according to facility needs, including assisting in classrooms if needed
Qualifications


  • 18+ Years Old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting preferred
  • Previous experience in office management preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday between 6:30 am-6:30pm
