We are looking for a Used Car Assistant to join our NEW Genesis of Irvine dealership.
What You'll Do:
- Support the used car manager with various functions of the used car department including but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service to team members and store customers.
- Help support used car reconditioning process by tracking vehicle progress daily and expedite high priority items.
- Assist with vehicle check-in, lease returns, and process vehicle purchase paperwork.
- Manage all aspect of used car marketing including marketing material, price changes, and photos.
- Inspect used car inventory quality and maintain sales lot merchandising daily.
- Help the used car department achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Creative, positive, team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
