  • Client’s Production Engineering Battery Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Seibi (Maintenance Engineering Technician) Technician Position.&
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to execute as the North American machine set up personnel (SV), increase Operation Availability (OA) through continuous improvement and problem-solving technical issues.&
  • This role will also support the Battery department's objective to execute Capital Projects from planning thru Start of Production (SOP).&
  • This position will be located at TBMNC in Liberty, NC and report to the Seibi Manager for Battery& &

Requirements:& & What you’ll be doing&
  • Test and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)&
  • Strong ability to write, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.&
  • Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components hydraulic and pneumatic.&
  • Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, leveling, adjustment and quality conformation& for assigned work area.& &
  • Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.&
  • Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.&
  • Develop denwacho (detail schedule) for assigned work area / project.&
  • Participate in project planning with Engineering.&
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes.&
  • Supporting Machine production trials at vendors and internal to the client.
  • Certify Safety of Equipment per MMR/MMS (NFPA79 and ISO standards) via “Safety Integrity Check”&

What you bring&
  • Industrial Maintenance experience& in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging experience&
  • Experience with Electrical and/or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment&
  • Technical experience with PLCs in programming, including read, write and modify logic&
  • Technical experience with Servo Motion Controllers&
  • Technical experience with relay logic including wiring and troubleshooting&
  • Technical experience with Robotics including programming and troubleshooting.&
  • Experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting& and schematic reading&
  • Availability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns&
  • Ability for business travel, both domestic and international - up to 30%.&
