An Implementation Project Manager at Greenshades leads HCM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in leading implementation teams, managing client expectations, and driving on-time delivery of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of implementation projects, including risk mitigation, client integration, continuous improvement, and ensuring full utilization of the product set before transitioning to support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HCM implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Ensure that the customer's full product set is implemented and utilized before transitioning to support, working closely with implementation specialists and clients to achieve this goal.
  • Manage client integration needs, including gathering requirements, documenting configurations, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation specialists, developers, and customer support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the implementation process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Document client configuration requirements and ensure accurate implementation by the implementation specialists.
  • Provide leadership and support to implementation specialists, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to execute their tasks effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects, managing communication, expectations, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HCM system implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience working with project management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR, and tax regulations and processes is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
