Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Manager who excels in social interaction, values collaboration, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, fostering relationships, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to conversion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead management strategies and drive results.

- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and service orientation in all interactions with leads and team members.

- Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of leads, providing personalized support and guidance.

Experience:

- Although a Sales Background would be beneficial, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed in this role, so no experience is necessary.
