Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employees within the collections department in order to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner.
  • Contact customers via email and phone calls to collect on delinquent accounts
  • Receive and post payments
  • Reconcile to ensure customer portals and accounting system reflect the same information
  • Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger
  • Month end closing duties

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of collections experience
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
