Join Our Team as our Community Liaison

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities? Griswold Home Care, a nationally recognized home care company, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our Baton Rouge team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

What You’ll Do:

  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships throughout the community, raising brand awareness and fostering trust.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute marketing, media, and campaign strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Social Media Mastery: Oversee content development and generation across social platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with office staff to support overall organizational growth.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in monitoring budgets, forecasts, and spending.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand voice.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of related experience.
    • 1+ year of marketing experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Effective networking abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Willingness to travel within Baton Rouge (valid driver’s license required).
    • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Social media management experience.
    • Web content development skills.
    • Familiarity with marketing software (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
