As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ market research and lead qualification techniques to identify and target high-potential customers, demonstrating the benefits of ASTUTE's value-added services.
  • Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.
  • Identify customer needs and apply the company's value proposition for sales growth and profitability.
  • Qualify opportunities, ensure supplier selection and pricing while monitoring market trends.
  • Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Own pricing decisions within your territory, negotiating effectively to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and results-driven attitude.
  • Proactive in conducting high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales with confidence and the resilience to handle objections.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
