Position Description:
The Administrative Director ensures proper flow of office procedures, and oversees the Administrative Assistants by carrying out common office duties. They maintain a positive and friendly company image. Must be self-motivated with exceptional leadership and communication skills to build a long-lasting career with our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Office Supplies/Needs
Implementing and generating project reports using Excel
Manages Warranty Department
Applies for permits
Supports Sales Staff
Administrative duties
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Knowledge of Office Management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Strong Organizational and time management skills
