Position Description:
The Administrative Director ensures proper flow of office procedures, and oversees the Administrative Assistants by carrying out common office duties. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Office Supplies/Needs
Implementing and generating project reports using Excel
Manages Warranty Department
Applies for permits
Supports Sales Staff

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Knowledge of Office Management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
