Position Summary:

Will be responsible for the recruitment process and onboarding of newly hired staff for the Restaurants of Santa Fe Dining, Inc.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Must have knowledge of Benefits and Payroll Administration
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
  • Managing IsolvedHire Job posting portal
  • Recruiting/Onboarding
  • Educating new employees on Human Resources policies, internal procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

  • Friendly and helpful attitude and a commitment to provide excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a must.
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, human resources software.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, including skills necessary to deal tactfully and professionally with new employees, staff, Management team.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytically driven.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ability to arrive on time and work shifts as scheduled.

Working Conditions:

  • While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, reach with arms, and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. The position also requires bending, twisting, and lifting to ten (10) pounds.
  • Position may require evening /weekend hours or an adjusted schedule to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience - 2+ years in the Human Resources field preferred.

Must have legal documentation to work in the United States.
