Culligan Water, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is currently seeking a Route Driver/Warehouse worker to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries to both commercial and residential customers along a specific route. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers and other warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
  • Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
  • Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
  • Additional warehouse duties as needed (loading/unloading trucks, assisting customers with product into their vehicles, etc)
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
  • A valid drivers license
  • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
  • Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
  • Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
