  • Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
  • Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
  • Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
  • Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the locations goals
  • Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie Kings products, including retail
  • Must have the ability to suggestively sell
