Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Private Credit Fund Management will play a key role in managing and analyzing private credit investments within the company's portfolio. They will work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential opportunities, conduct due diligence, and monitor the performance of existing investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investments.
  2. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor the performance of existing investments and prepare regular reports for management.
  4. Assist in the structuring and execution of new transactions, including negotiating terms and documentation.
  5. Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices related to private credit investing.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies.
  7. Support fundraising efforts by providing analysis and insights to potential investors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
