**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves both sales and customer service duties, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience from start to finish.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers, answering questions about services, pricing, and packages.

- **Sales:** Promote and sell car wash packages, memberships, and additional services to customers.

- **Customer Support:** Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

- **Service Coordination:** Coordinate with the car wash team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

- **Cash Handling:** Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on all services, promotions, and special offers to effectively inform and sell to customers.

- **Upselling:** Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products that enhance the customer’s experience.

- **Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer waiting area.

- **Reporting:** Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes.


**Qualifications:**


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or service industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
