Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana. The company supports world-class operations at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Basin and oversees real estate activities at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Big Sky Town Center, and other projects in the Big Sky region.

Position Summary

At Lone Mountain Land Company, the position of Parks and Facilities Groundskeeper is an integral part of our organization and community. This position will ensure that the exterior grounds of all Lone Mountain Land Company owned facilities and Town Center Owners Association (TCOA) grounds, including parks are kept in the most presentable condition possible. **Additionally, this position will assist in the maintenance of all LMLC owned facilities while working closely with the facilities team**. You will utilize your excellent organizational and time management skills while at the same time performing any additional mechanical or upkeep needs necessary to maintain said grounds and facilities.

Job Duties

  • Assist TCOA set up and breakdown of specified events (ie, Farmer’s Market & Christmas Stroll)
  • Maintain all exterior grounds that LMLC manages and owns
  • Daily removal of all exterior trash and debris
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday event coverage when applicable
  • Mowing and maintenance of irrigation systems at LMLC and TCOA properties
  • Parking lot management and enforcement of rules
  • Snow removal and related inspections
  • Holiday lighting & decorations
  • Responsible for minor supervisory roles/team management

Qualifications
