We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated pharmacy technician to join our team in Valley City, ND. If you are someone who would enjoy being a part of a team who can provide prompt, high quality care to our patients, then apply for our position today

Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills and will be required to complete the technician-in-training program. NuCara Pharmacy will pay for the coursework to become a certified pharmacy technician in the state of North Dakota. Please only serious candidates dedicated to learning should apply as the convenient online course will take 12-18 months to complete while studying at your own pace. Coursework is completed outside of working hours allowing you to continue to work full time

  • At 50% completion of coursework, you will receive a wage increase.
  • After certification, you will receive another wage increase along with a $500 bonus

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Data entry
  • Customer interaction
  • Inventory management
  • Assist in directing daily workflow
  • Resolving rejected insurance claims

Full-time positions offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, 401k match, paid holidays and PTO. This position will require working the Saturday rotation. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

Employment contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
