We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston, TX 77054 to perform vehicle and foot patrol. From 10pm to 6am (OVERNIGHT) 5 days per week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is a must. . The position pays $14.00 per hour, plus $1.00 using your vehicle, and $1.00 increase after 30 days of satisfactory performance.You must have a working vehicle and a smart phone to work this post

Responsibilities:


- Perform access controls at gates.
- Active foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

- Displaying security guard core values. 



Requirements:


- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security highly preferred

- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
