We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver Support Provider to join our dedicated team. This role requires a Master-level clinician skilled in working with children with autism and their families. You will be responsible for supporting clients in their journey toward independence, implementing individualized training plans, and guiding parents on how to enhance their child's skills at home and in everyday settings.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to facilitate their growth and skill development. Your focus will be on creating effective strategies for daily living and social interactions. Equally important is your role in educating and training parents, providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to support their child's progress.

You will be responsible for monitoring clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to support plans, ensuring that both clients and their families receive ongoing feedback and support. Collaboration with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, will be a key aspect of this role, as you work together to offer a comprehensive approach to client care and development.

Qualifications

  • A Master-level clinician with a background in social work, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in caregiving and working with children with autism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized training plans to enhance clients' skills.
