Master Jeweler

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team. As a key member of our jewelry repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional repair services to our clients, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Contribute to the effective movement of client repairs, ensuring timely and quality results.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of gold stock, findings, and loose stones.
• Optimize supply expenses by maintaining adequate inventory levels and adhering to asset recovery procedures.
• Ensure consistency in communicating repair information and assist in training store associates.

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two to four years of related experience or training.
• Advanced knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery, and equipment, as well as advanced jewelry repair knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make good decisions and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
