Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support USSOCOM at Fort Liberty, NC. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.

The Production Coordinator will oversee projects to plan, produce, and broadcast audio/video creations like television and radio advertisements, websites, social media, online animated advertisements, and digital and printed communication. They will interact with 3rd POB(A) stakeholders to schedule the timelines of projects and assign tasking to employees, such as graphic designers and multimedia experts. During all creative activities, the Production Coordinator will provide feedback, guidance, and support to ensure mission accomplishment.

The Production Coordinator will:

  • Provide technical and artistic guidance to graphic designers based upon 3rd POB(A) guidance, including scheduling tasks, reviewing completed work for formatting, accuracy, and general appearance.
  • Coordinate and communicate on a daily basis with 3rd POB(A) stakeholders and the team to gather project status and maintain schedule changes.
  • Select, train, and evaluate work of team members.
  • Direct and coordinate the work activities of all personnel using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that tracks 3rd POB(A) clients, production status, labor hours, and labor categories used.
  • Provides creative direction to graphic design, end products, and support documentation.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent image throughout all end products.
  • Assign design resources for approved projects.
  • Prioritize, track, handle, and maintain records of the elements and time schedules of multiple projects.
  • Approve sample layouts and finished layouts prior to submission to 3rd POB(A).
  • Define, document, implement, and support continual graphic design process improvement.
  • Provide a Monthly Summary Report to the COR on the 10th day of each Month for the previous month showing the tracking of production status and reports, including job scope, schedules, and estimates (hours and costs) to track project status against projections and estimates and to address and mitigate deviations and variances.

Required Experience

  • US Citizen with an active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, or marketing
  • At least 7 years of commercial industry experience focusing on commercial media operations, administration, and project coordination
  • Proficient in a variety of software applications, including standard Microsoft office applications
