Position: Accountant


FLSA Status: Full time, Exempt


Reports to: VP of Accounting Services


Job Overview: Dynamic & growing boutique healthcare professional mgt firm seeks a full-time accounting professional to provide accounting services, reporting support, and high-quality deliverables to our clients.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Accounts payable

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Payroll Calculations and Services

  • Direct Reimbursement

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2-4 yr. college coursework in accounting, bookkeeping. Accounting Degree preferred.

  • Expertise in QuickBooks or equivalent PC-based accounting program

  • Fluent in MS Office (Excel, filtering, pivot tables)

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritization

  • Strong customer service orientation along with aptitude, willingness, patience, and energy to learn new business methods and client service protocols

  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy
