About The Role:
Gen3 seeks a motivated Solutions Architect to play a key role in providing expert technical guidance and support for our federal client.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current IT infrastructure, systems, and skills
  • Identify technical gaps between current and future needs, and develop recommendations
  • Provide expert guidance on designing and implementing IT solutions to support strategic objectives
  • Lead efforts related to IT transformations, upgrades, migrations, and process optimization
  • Develop comprehensive IT strategy plans, technology roadmaps, and system architecture diagrams
  • Ensure activities comply with all relevant regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise architecture, systems analysis, or solution architecture
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate into business terminology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM highly desired
What's Desired to Have:
  • Previous experience supporting federal or state government agencies, especially federal financial agencies i.e. IRS or Treasury, is highly desired.

  • Candidates must possess either an active green card or citizenship.

  • Those selected for this role may undergo a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for accessing classified information or be eligible for security clearances.
