Requirements
Tasks:
- Receiving and managing incoming calls
- Entering information accurately into systems
- Efficiently dispatching tasks or resources
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good to Excellent Communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
- Tools: Fairly new computer with fast operating system, Excel, Office 365, and high-speed internet
- Candidate must be capable of creating a warm and engaging atmosphere while working independently without the need for constant supervision. Must be known for reliability, adept at de-escalation, and renowned for meticulous attention to detail.
- Seeking a candidate willing to work on weekends
