The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 2+ yrs. Sales Management Experience
  • Possesses Natural Leadership and People Skills
  • Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease
  • Has excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Is constantly training, riding along with team members and helping the Sales team close deals
  • Understands, interprets, and communicates Sales metrics with ease
  • Inspects what he or she expects
  • WOWs customers 
  • Promotes the company online
  • Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
  • Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done

  • 1 Self-generated lead per rep per week is created.
