Support the Management Team by effectively controlling and maintaining the incoming and outgoing documentation process and facilitating efficient administrative operations.

Essential Functions· Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple departments and systems

· Generate daily and ad-hoc reports

· Communicate filtered data clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders

· Assist with non-sensitive HR tasks, including distributing HR-related documentation and forms to employees.

· Support front office operations by managing general administrative tasks, such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and coordinating office activities.

· Ensure office security by logging all visitors, issuing badges, and providing necessary safety equipment.

· Monitor and manage office supply inventory, ensuring timely reordering and maintaining adequate stock levels.

· Perform additional duties and support all managers as needed, based on direction from the direct supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Associate degree in business or related work experience.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5 years related work experience
  • Computer aptitude - working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability, along with a proactive approach and adaptability to effectively manage diverse tasks and support various departments.
  • Demonstrates strong self-motivation and a proactive attitude, consistently seeking opportunities to drive success.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members by fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
