We offer flexible schedules with a professional, friendly team of people to share your workday. We are a high-volume Civil Litigation Law Firm seeking a Phone Customer Service Representative. A successful candidate is thorough, resourceful, adapts to quick changes while remaining diligent and consistently upholds standards of confidentiality.
Skills and duties include:
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist callers with their debt inquiries and settlements
- Maintain electronic document and case management system
- Perform basic offices tasks, such as making copies, scanning, and filing documents, mail
- Process sensitive and confidential information with the utmost judgment and tact
- Provide updates to clients on the status of their cases
- Prepare court filings
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- No legal experience necessary - Training provided
