Major Responsibilities:
The production of safe quality products while demonstrating the adherence of GMP policies and Food Safety Prerequisite Programs. Proficiently executes the various machine and production equipment operating procedure and understands all testing procedures/ quality inspections.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Followed line specific S.O. Ps
  2. Able to Within a team.
  3. Troubleshooting equipment on Specific line
  4. Make proper minor adjustments to support the mechanics
  5. Help with line changeovers and setup.
  6. Label and film changes and cleaning sensitive equipment
  7. Communicate Production manager on QA/QC related concerns
  8. Performs proper sanitation on utensils, equipment and facilities utilized.
  9. Coach and develop others within the production team
  10. Execute proper documents when food safety or quality concerns are discovered
  11. Able to read and understand a machine setup sheet or centerline sheet.
Qualifications
1. Job Knowledge
  • High school diploma
  • Great hand eye coordination
  • Food work related experience and Plus
  • 2 years of Manufacturing experience
  • 2 years working on machines or Troubleshooting equipment
2. Skills
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills verbal
  • Stand on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Work with the line leads and mechanics
  • Leadership Experience is a Plus
