The Role: As our Landscaping Foreman, you won't just be overseeing projects – you'll be orchestrating the creation of outdoor living dreams. Can you visualize the end result before it even takes shape? Can you guide a team to make that vision a reality? If you can, we want you at the helm.

What You'll Do: Every day will be an adventure in innovation and construction. Picture yourself crafting elegant patios, constructing inviting fireplaces, artfully placing lush landscaping, and setting the stage with mesmerizing outdoor lighting. You'll have the thrill of operating cutting-edge new equipment like skid steers, excavators, and specialized trucks – these aren't just tools, they're extensions of your creativity.

But that's not all – you'll also be a mentor. Sharing your skills and knowledge, you'll lead your fellow team members in honing their craft. Together, you'll transform ordinary spaces into breathtaking sanctuaries.

Your ability to operate various types of equipment, trucks, navigate landscape plans, and lead others in the installation of landscapes, outdoor living spaces, landscape lighting, etc. will be a great addition to our team

Qualifications:

  • A passion for turning landscapes into works of art.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in landscape construction 
  • Leadership skills that inspire greatness in your team.
  • Effectively read and implement landscape drawings/blue prints.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record. 
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A thirst for growth and a commitment to integrity.
