Davis Enterprises is a well-established Property Management Company based in Marlton, NJ. Our portfolio presently includes commercial properties and several residential apartment communities. We’re currently looking for multiple Landscape Technician candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate must be punctual, have physical endurance, attention to detail, and proficient communication skills. 

This position requires, but is not limited to, the ability to:

  • Operate lawn care equipment
    • i.e. lawn mower, hedge trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc.
  • Mulching
  • Planting and removal of flowers, bushes, and/or trees​​​​​​​
  • Snow removal
  • Leaf removal
  • Tree trimming/pruning

Requirements: 

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm (full time, year-round)
  • Driver’s License preferred (not necessary)
