Call Center Telemarketing Pro (must have 2-3 solid years of telemarketing experience)


Marketing Department - Position located in Stuart, Florida


We do ​NOT cold call. All customers have responded to our marketing efforts and are either calling us for more info or have filled out a form on our website to be contacted.

We are looking for hungry, ambitious, driven phone professionals that can evolve into larger roles as the company grows and expands.


Do you have ​2-3 years of solid call center experience (no job hoppers) on the phones and looking for a long-term opportunity with tremendous growth opportunities??

  • Proficient with multitasking - Taking back to back calls and staying on task with daily assignments

  • Organized - Ability to manage leads efficiently
  • Analytical - Pays attention to small details to minimize errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


​Compensation: $18/hr plus bonus/commission incentives


​Work Schedule:  May start out as Part-Time hours with rotating Saturdays (10am-2pm)


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
  • Educate prospective clients on products and services
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
