Responsibilities
- Effectively roll-out project integration methods with the preconstruction and operations teams.
- Procurement strategies, including building vendor & subcontractor relationships.
- Work with Vendors to provide labor saving solutions including shared assets and technology.
- Develop project specific workforce projections and align milestones based on client driven schedules.
- Break Down Estimate into a standardized Work Breakdown Schedule.
- Evaluate the variable cost and derive strategies to fix costs to mitigate overages.
- Build Work Force Labor Curve utilizing Contractual Construction Schedule.
- Create project alignment between PM's, field leadership and constructability.
- Development of standardized product selections and prefabrication assemblies.
- Drive Innovation and Standardization to reduce variation.
- Work closely with the operation's team to develop project specific prefabrication strategies.
- Alignment with purchasing and supplier partners on implementation of purchasing software.
- Develop strong relationships with our value-added Partners to ensure beneficial success for both parties.
- Utilize purchasing software to help determine in Work in Place.
- Strategize with our vendor partners to reduce the Quantity of PO's and back orders.
- Discuss and strategize logistics and expectations of our projects.
- Set up integration meetings for larger material purchases to discuss the installation process.
- Develop multi-project synergies associated with procurement of equipment and materials.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Accubid, Labor Chart, Viewpoint and Remarcable experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional people management and development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and project/program management skills

Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in Electrical Project Manager or comparable role
- Degree in Construction project management or engineering
- Understanding of the electrical purchasing process
