Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: Corrugator SupervisorLocation: Houston, TX Position Summary:The Corrugator Supervisor will Supervise the operations of the Corrugated equipment ensuring the production of quality boards in a safe and productive manner. Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the performance of production employee.
  • Responsible for providing direct leadership and supervision to the employees on shift and setting an example for all employees of the plant.
  • Maintain shift coverage schedule of Production Employees, including vacation management, and communicate to employees when they are required to work.
  • Identify incidents/accidents/near misses and communicate through submittal of incident investigation form.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to all corporate policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Guide employee performance and development using daily communication and annual performance evaluations.
  • Utilize progressive discipline as required to enforce company policy.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years within the corrugated industry as a Supervisor or a minimum of 10 years between being an Operator and Lead.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work with computers, specifically Microsoft and also be comfortable with systems integration.
