Lead Corrugator Team Supervisor

Position: Corrugator Supervisor
Location: Houston, TX
Position Summary: The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of corrugated machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality boards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and productivity of production staff.
- Provide direct leadership and guidance to employees during shifts, setting a positive example for the entire team.
- Manage the shift schedule for production personnel, including handling vacation requests and communicating work requirements effectively.
- Identify and report incidents, accidents, and near misses through proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support employee development and performance management through regular communication and annual evaluations.
- Implement progressive discipline when necessary to uphold company standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the corrugated industry or at least 10 years of experience as an Operator and Lead.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly with Microsoft applications, and comfortable with systems integration.
