DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO - Limpiador general

Responsable de la supervisión general, la limpieza y el almacenamiento de suministros en todas las áreas públicas dentro y fuera del edificio asignado, incluidos los baños. Responder a las necesidades de gestión empresarial de manera oportuna y eficaz. Es posible que deba limpiar las áreas seguras que no se pueden limpiar por la noche.

DEBERES DE TRABAJO:

  • Responda a las solicitudes de construcción según las instrucciones.
  • Limpie, abastezca y suministre las áreas designadas de las instalaciones (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
  • Desinfecte artículos de uso común como escritorios, manijas de puertas y teléfonos.
  • Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza pesada y proyectos especiales.
  • Vaciar los receptáculos de basura, reemplazar los revestimientos, desechar la basura en contenedores de basura y bolsas para su eliminación adecuada.
  • Uso de equipos, aspiradoras comerciales, pulidores de pisos y limpiadores de alfombras
  • Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias o necesidades de reparación que ocurran.
  • Almacene y mantenga las salas de suministro.
  • Establece y mantiene comunicación y relaciones de trabajo efectivas con clientes, compañeros de trabajo, coordinadores de turno, supervisores, gerentes, etc.
  • Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad.
  • Realiza tareas misceláneas relacionadas con el trabajo según lo asignado.
  • Supervise la limpieza de las áreas enteras del vestíbulo y la plaza.
  • Supervise y mantenga las escaleras mecánicas y las cabinas de los ascensores, incluidos los pisos, según sea necesario. Si están alfombrados, los pisos de los ascensores, las cabinas deben aspirarse y las manchas deben eliminarse, según se requiera.
  • Limpie huellas dactilares/marcas de puertas de vidrio/espejos.
  • Realice limpieza/aspiración de detalles altos/bajos.
  • Exposición a polvo, gas, humos, temperaturas extremas y/o humedad.
  • Cumple con todos los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad, cumplimiento y calidad establecidos por la Compañía, los Clientes y las autoridades reguladoras.
  • Funcionar como contacto para el cliente, utilizando un alto nivel de profesionalismo y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Trabaje con poca o ninguna supervisión y sea capaz de determinar de forma independiente las tareas para completar a diario.
  • Debe ser capaz de realizar todos los aspectos físicos de los deberes laborales anteriores. Marcha y bipedestación continua.
  • Debe poder hablar y comunicarse de manera efectiva con la gerencia y los clientes.

1er turno- 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
37,5- 40 horas por semana
