Job Title: General Cleaner - Ramp

Ubiquity Resources Group Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner - Ramp to join our team. As a General Cleaner - Ramp, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas inside and outside of assigned buildings, including restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and stock designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
  • Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, and phones.
  • Perform heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of trash in dumpsters and bags for proper disposal.
  • Operate commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Monitor entire lobby areas and plaza for cleanliness.
  • Monitor and maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors, as required.
  • Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors.
  • Perform high/low detail dusting/vacuuming.
  • Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, extremes in temperature and or humidity.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Function as a contact for clients, using high-level professionalism and communication skills.
  • Work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties. Continuous walking and standing.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate effectively with management and customers.

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 6am-2:30pm, with days off on Monday and Tuesday.
