Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 312-unit lease-up apartment community of Marcola Apartment Homes located in Springfield, OR. This apartment community has an outdoor swimming pool, athletic court, and a clubhouse


The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents. We're seeking an individual who is customer service-oriented and possesses strong sales skills.

Location: Marcola Apartment Homes (Springfield, OR)

Hourly Rate: $18-$22/hr (DOE)

Schedule: PT, Saturday-Monday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 24 hrs.

Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement and leasing bonuses

Requirements:


What you will bring as a Leasing Agent (Job Requirements):

  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience is required.
  • One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.
  • Available for after-hour emergencies.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
  • Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
