Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all programs and activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
  • Support caseworkers in accessing resources to aid in their client assistance efforts.
  • Provide assistance to volunteers participating in programs, facilitating their involvement and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the Program Supervisor and Program Coordinator to meet program deadlines and objectives effectively.
  • Maintain organization and inventory accuracy in rooms and the warehouse, ensuring all items are accounted for and in quality condition.
  • Assist with inventory management of donated items, including receiving, documenting, and organizing donations.
  • Stock and organize rooms and the warehouse to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse by breaking down boxes and disposing of waste appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting the needs of clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in office computer skills, including familiarity with databases and data entry.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external partners, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Physical ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods. The position is highly active and requires long periods of standing.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Hours/Pay:
  • Temporary position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (30-minute lunch break)
  • $15.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
