Facilities Specialist

Our partner in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage maintenance activities across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee general maintenance of all properties.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ensure vendors adhere to the scope of work for maintenance and construction projects.
- Respond to building issues outside normal business hours, including emergencies and repairs.
- Assist with changes to workspace and inventory control.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of facility maintenance experience in small to medium-sized office buildings.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with standard tools.
- Ability to interpret facility operation-related documents.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual motor vehicle check (MVR).
