Job Summary: We are looking for a Appointment Coordinator to join our team The right candidate will have dealership automotive service experience and a valid driver's license. The day-to-day duties of this role include Coordinating and scheduling Pickup and deliveries, Mobile service repairs, making appointments and meeting with customers to determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control.  Cashiering customers when needed.

HOURS:

  • 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch)
  • Salaried Position plus monthly bonus on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Pickup and Deliveries
  • Schedule and Coordinate Mobile Service Repairs
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
  • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day in order to deliver back on time.
  • Complete and maintain required Training
  • Track and Maintain Loaner/Rentals
  • Cashiering Customers
  • Properly securing service department and closing.

Qualifications:

  • Must have OEM dealership Service Repair experience.
  • Must be VERY organized, reliable and accurate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ford experience preferred 
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Must pass drug test and random tests - Zero Tolerance
  • Must pass background check - No Criminal record
  • Training in service department skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control preferred.
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Multitasking skills
  • Proficient use of computers/business machines
